It’s a new month..

and I’m finally doing something about my wobbles. This summer has been ridiculous and I have put on loads of fat again (something I promised myself I would never do back when I was almost thin and pretty much happy). 

But it is the 1st of September and for the first time in a very long time I can honestly say I have had a guilt free day. No fat and no sugar from processed foods. From now on its only natural sugar and healthy fats.

Just once..

it would be nice if I was good enough, if I was the girl that won.
